Chinese media artist, curator and art/architecture writer. She has a background in media art and has worked with theater director LIN Zhaohua, film director LU Chuan, Oscar winning art director Tim YIP on various large-scale film, stage and exhibition projects. Her own film and interactive works have been included or shown in Siggraph, Berlinale and on British Channel 4. Her writing and curatorial works deal with art and space, and are equally informed by her experience in theater, film, visual art, as well as her interests in social and philosophical debates.

She has curated a series of interventions in the framework of a urban renewal project in Dashilar neighborhood in the heart of Beijing. She is co-curating a series of dialogues and exchanges between Chinese and European artists/scholars, where she hopes to construct framework for a conceptual translations of current topics, such as the “commons”. In the past year, she has served as the local curator in an ambitious urban future research project initiative by Audi AG, with a concrete exhibition dedicated to this topic that opened as part of Istanbul Design Biennale 2012.

She contributes frequently to Abitare (China). She is fellow of Independent Curators International and German Chancellor Fellowship.
