Eric Fredericksen is the director of Western Bridge, an exhibition space of the Ruth and William True Collection in Seattle, and is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Washington School of Art. He was previously an editor and writer for The Stranger and Architecture. He has organized exhibitions at the Contemporary Art Gallery and the Or Gallery, Vancouver; at Open Satellite, Bellevue, WA, and the Noorderzon Festival, Groningen, the Netherlands. His lecture/karaoke party "Karaoke and Authenticity" has been presented in Vancouver and Victoria, BC, and in Seattle, and this fall will be part of the TBA Festival in Portland, Oregon. He participated as a lecturer in the 2008 Sommerakademie.
